The Central Valley Beekeepers Association hosts a number of events throughout the year.

  • Our 2026 Beekeepers Symposium was held on February 28th.  We were thrilled to have Randy Oliver as our keynote speaker, along with Dr. Andony Melathopolous, from Oregon State University.

  • Our 2026 Introductory Beekeeping Class was held on March 7th, 2025.  ~30 new-bees learned all about getting ready to venture into the exciting world of beekeeping.

  • Our newest class offering – Queen Rearing – is in development and will be scheduled soon.  Keep your eyes on this page.

  • Our Follow up Beekeeping Class – Hive Day will be in early September 2026.

  • Our booth at the Big Fresno Fair drew many visitors over the run of the Fair.
